With only 202 bottles created for our second rum release, this batch has been aged for just over 2 years, commencing maturation in virgin American oak and finishing in a Muscat cask. First impressions on the nose are of crème brûlée and sticky date pudding. A beautifully creamy and warming palate reveals buttered pancakes and pecan pie. The finish is a long slow savouring of deeply roasted nuts with a subtle yet vibrant oak. Released at 45% Alc/Vol.
